Ryan Jones' Fixed Ratio MM code
Hello my friends.

I would like to share a Money Management routine I developed based on Ryan
Jones' Fixed Ratio MM ideas* plus a few useful subroutines.

Comments are welcome.

Notice that this is NO Expert Advisor!

The file is structured as an EA just to help putting thins on their right
place.
