How to get a job in hedge fund?

How to get a job in hedge fund? This is a common question often post to me by my friends and readers.

Currently I am working in a hedge fund as an investment manager. My advice to them is: Employers do not care how much interest and passion you have in trading, until you can show how much profit and value you can contribute to their firms.

To do that you have to open a trading account and trade. Document your trades (track record) and send out together with your CV in your job application.

Pips are the only thing that counts when trading Forex, because even though you become a tenacious trader if your charts don't reflect so, you are not a good trader. I guess keeping a record about your trades must be good for enhancing your strategy and avoiding making the same mistakes.
