Fixed it and it backtests Great!
TF, I forgot to check for OrderCount = 1. It is fixed and backtested really well.

Rick,

Based on your code if I set UseAveragePrice = true then PercentTakeProfit is Null and Voided. Correct?

Same problem, could you make it to make several retries when a order is rejected by requote? I know it's possible...
