This confuses me below... isn't this a full automatic EA?...we simply drag this EA on to both the GBP/JPY and the CHF/JPY H1 right?

The main idea behind this EA is to draw a hedge like HedgeEA, between two currency pairs, and then draw grid's on top of this hedge. There are many ways of use of this EA, maybe in the future we could automate all this but for now let keep it manual.

Sorry the EA is fully automatic, this feature that I'm talking about is the feature to automatically choose the pairs to trade.

TY kokas,

Do we just drag it to the H1 GBP/JPY or both?

Hello Kokas,

Wonderful work as I am very impressed by the results on your statement. I have this on a demo account and will report my results. Keep the work up. Also, I have told a few other people about this ea and I am sure you will see comments from them on here as well.

Regards,
Jeff

Hi Kokas,

I notice you use ODL. I use ODL demo too. But with Risk = 20.0, Groodge opened up large lot sizes and almost took up all my margin. How can you run this EA with Risk = 20.0 on ODL?

I'm testing on IBFX demo too, and with Risk = 20.0, the margin level went down to 200 %. This is without pending orders open yet.

Don't you think Risk = 20.0 too risky as default?

Please advise. Thanks.

As I said I'm still trying to figure out the best settings for this EA, This is one of the many itens that I'm trying to figure it out.

But I must say that the perfect solution was a backtester that allows multi currency's for optimization.

There are many logical implementations that need to be done on the EA, but the basics are all there

Hope to ear some feedback on this tests

I suppose to cut back exposure would mean that other settings would need to be cut back...or else use more than 1K for the initial start up with the default settings....I am currently sitting on a larger than 200 buck drawdown in a 1K account...I think this is a 10K system isn't it?

All the solo tests I've done was with 10k, but I was using it with success on a mini with $110 account on ibfx. But something went wrong that I do not predict.

I was using forexautopilot ea on this account, and the conjuntion of the two EA's was explosive. I always see some drawdown with this EA, but it recover always. But there is a problem, that need to be urgently reviewed. ForexAutopilot has increased my account to $600. Groodge was still with the main orders very small, but, when it redraw the grid it does not take in account the size of the main positions, so as the account grow, the grid positions grow also. At a time, the grid positions where 10 times the size of the main positions, and it was a disaster, as you can imagine.
I will begin coding again Groodge and Superstochs this week. But this problem is only a problem when trading multiple EA's on the same account (and the other EA's performing very well).
