The "m" is used automatically by the EA IF it is needed. The EA checks the length of the string of the pairs name and if it is seven it adds the "m" on the end. This is a new feature because now some brokers use the "." instead of the "m". If your pairs are like "EURUSD" then this parameter will NOT be used.

Yes there is a Global takeProfit for the EA, not an individual for the main hedge and another to the grid. When this TP is reached the EA will close the main trades, then the grid trades, and then delete all pending grid positions, and restart the procedure from scratch.
